This patient presented a hopeless upper left lateral incisor, the purpose of the treatment was to replace the tooth with a dental implant.
After extraction of the lateral incisor, bone regeneration, crown lengthening to create the anatomy and symmetry of the gum, I performed a metal-free post for the implant and 10 metal-free porcelain crowns.
The patient obtained a natural result. The gum has a soft and natural contour around the restorations. This treatment plan and the procedures allows to achieve the best results.
This patient presented a non successful cosmetic dental treatment. She had 4 unaesthetic non functional veneers in the front teeth and the contour of the gum was not well handled.
I removed the old porcelain crowns ,executed periodontal treatment to improve the symmetry of the gum and the width/length ratio of the final porcelain crowns. Observe how healthy are the gums.
I also designed to elaborate onlay / veneer in the premolars teeth and completed the cementation with state of the art procedures.
This patient underwent thru a complex full mouth rehabilitation. Different t procedures were necessary to achieve the expectative of the patient and treatment plan. To have individual and fixed restorations I elaborated ultimate techniques in bone and soft tissue regeneration, 10 dental implants, 6 porcelain laminate veneers, and also 22 zirconia porcelain crowns. This was necessary to achieve a beautyfull smile design.

In this case I performed a full mouth rehabilitation. I elaborated the smile design with dental implants. This allows to have a fixed restoration for the patient and to improve her quality of life.

In this case I performed in a edentulous (no teeth) residual ridge a fixed restoration with 3 dental implants. It was necessary to do bone regeneration to improve the thickness of the bone., this is very important for a correct placement of the implants. At the final I performed 3 porcelain fused to metal crowns for reestablishing the function.

One of the most challenging cases of esthetic dentistry are porcelain laminate veneers. For this patient I realized different procedures to preserve the natural structure of the teeth. I changed the old composite restorations and designed 10 very thing (0.3-0.5 mm) porcelain veneers.
After cementation and performing the latest procedures in adhesive dentistry, I can afford a predict able long term restoration and a natural esthetic and functional smile design.
